They also deliver managed services over the cloud platform of their clients with a special focus on automation deployments through Infrastructure as Code and security.
As their customer grew, the complexity of managed platforms increased. Covering complex AWS organizations deployments, support for well architected frameworks, streamlining account migrations and optimizing cost through a billing management together with a powerful cost analytics process.
They had a team of experts in cloud architecting, support and security, but found that expertise in the entire lifecycle of AWS cloud delivery was key to achieving an excellent and market leading position to help their customers. They started by improving cloud delivery and cost & billing management.
For one of their largest customers, Scalair has proposed an evolving support strategy to meet the group’s new business challenges:
