AI has in a way made it’s way to the center of the universe in every conversation. It doesn’t matter if it is a discussion in media, with customers, partners, society or private. But why is AI such a hype at the moment and what is the potential laying ahead of us? And how can you put yourself in the driver’s seat instead of being a passenger.

With almost 30 years and from many leading roles in digitalization, Henrik Byström is one of Sweden's leading experts. He has had a special focus on modern work, AI and leadership where he for many years led Microsoft Sweden's concept of The New World Of Work, i.e. to adopt a modern way of working, leadership and employee focus leveraging modern technology. Henrik is a highly appreciated speaker, who constructively encourages to think in new ways and challenge accepted truths.
Henrik is also founder of the companies AI-labbet and Downriver Management and is a member of the board at HouseBe, K3 Nordic, DH Solutions and Exertus.
