Turn a 30-day Microsoft 365 Copilot trial into lasting customer value

SMB customers experience Microsoft 365 Copilot Business in the flow of everyday work. Your customers can test Copilot in real emails, meetings, documents, presentations and data, then use what they learn to make a confident decision about what comes next.

Start small. Prove value. Protect the data. Scale with confidence.

What is Arrow's new Copilot in 30 Campaign?

Arrow's Copilot in 30 Campaign is a partner-led, customer-driven and Arrow-enabled campaign designed to move customers from curiosity to measurable outcomes. It combines customer targeting, campaign outreach, trial activation, guided adoption, usage reviews and conversion planning in one repeatable motion, so you can launch quickly without building everything from scratch.
How the 30-day journey works
  1. Get ready: Identify the right users, agree success measures, prepare communications, assign licences and configure recommended settings.
  2. Build everyday habits: Help users take control of email in Outlook and get more from meetings in Teams.
  3. Create in less time: Put Copilot to work across Word, PowerPoint and Excel using practical prompts and real business scenarios.
  4. Explore what’s next: Introduce agents and more advanced use cases, review adoption and feedback, then agree the best route to paid seats and wider rollout.
Why run Copilot in 30?
  • Create demand and pipeline: Use a clear, outcome-led story to open conversations with new-to-Copilot customers and accounts ready to expand adoption.
  • Prove business value: Help customers measure time saved, faster content creation, better meeting follow-up and easier access to information.
  • Improve adoption: Keep users engaged with guided scenarios, daily prompts, check-ins and a simple Teams channel experience.
  • Build recurring opportunities: Turn successful evaluations into paid Copilot seats, security and governance projects, user adoption services and ongoing optimisation.
  • Differentiate your offer: Lead with a measurable productivity outcome rather than a licence-only conversation.
