Collateral as a Service
We have created a simple way for you to access clear, customer ready marketing materials that help you tell the Microsoft story with confidence. Our Collateral-as-a-Service offer brings together a growing library of content that explains products, answers common questions and supports customer education. Everything is written in plain language and is easy to adapt for different audiences.
You can take any item from the library and rebrand it to fit your own style. To make the process simple, you can choose how you want to handle the changes:
- Receive the files and manage the updates inhouse - this lets you make changes to copy in addition to brand
- Use your Microsoft Coop funds to work with Arrow’s preferred supplier to change logos, urls and colours
The aim is to make it as straightforward as possible for you to place polished, consistent material in front of customers.
The collection is grouped by theme so you can browse and pick what you need. When you are ready, use the form at the bottom of the page to request the content you want or to ask for MDF support.
